The aim of this campaign as I mention in the first slideshow, is to promote creativity through recycling.
To minimize adverse environmental and public-health effects of e-waste.
To provide information about the risk of electronic waste if not discarded properly.
To promote awareness and care for our environment.

Vimeo will be a tool to post recent videos on how to recycle e-waste properly.
Instagram for the followers to know what’s the updates with regards to e-waste campaigns, followers are welcome to post their ideas on how to recycle their used electronic device in a meaningful or art work.
Facebook to raise preparedness with your friends about e-waste management campaign on the impact of not knowing the consequences of not recycling properly.
Timeline
1st week of June send information to your friends, colleagues and your community about e-waste management campaign via Facebook, also post photos in Pinterest, about e-waste program for your community, videos about the impact for environment and health risk should be posted as well. Then on the 2nd week of June post videos on Vimeo about all the information, campaigns and activities within your local area. Afterwards, post all e-waste campaigns via twitter and encourage followers to tweets about their involvement with the campaign. Finally, on the 3rd week of June, check how the campaign works, did it benefit the whole community? Does it help to raise awareness in terms of recycling properly? What made the campaign successful? How did it encourage the people in your local area to participate in recycling program?

When we talk about female Millennial, it basically pertains to the women’s with fresh ideas, needs, aspirations and goals in today’s modern society. According to the recent statistic in United States there were 74 million population of generation Y. It was considered much larger than the baby boomers total population being the biggest in workforce.

While the younger workers of women still ask for equal pay with their male counterparts. The issue about equality in workforce are still stagnant. Motivation is the key elements that affect every human behaviour as well as job performance. It helps energizes everyone to focus on a goal and take steps to achieve it. To utilize high levels of effort on the way to organizational goals, accustomed by the efforts to fulfil basically individuals need. And Generation Y seems to be more motivated than their elders.
